Here are the Governing Documents for the Mid South Club POA Community.

Once your client has purchased a property in the Mid South Club, please have them contact the Property Manager who can help make their move into our community a little smoother by scheduling a New Resident Orientation and helping them with our New Resident Checklist, including:

• Connecting to the POA website
• Gate access to our Community
• Paying Dues
• Setup Spectrum Internet
• Trash pickup and yard debris removal

If your client is moving into a newly built home, Spectrum requires a copy of the Certificate of Occupancy (CO) to add their new address to our Bulk Services agreement.  This is typically a ten-day process.  As soon as the CO is available, please send a copy to our Property Manager by attaching it to our Contact Us form, who will then forward it to Spectrum.  This will start the ten-day process with Spectrum.
