The Mid South Club Property Owners Association (POA) is a nonprofit corporation that consists of all owners of residential real estate property in the Mid South Club. The Mid South Club POA is not affiliated with the Mid South Golf Club and operates with a POA Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Special Projects Director. In addition, the POA Board is supported by several committees that volunteer their time to support the Mid South Club POA community.

The Mid South Club Charter was created to protect and enhance the many unique design, amenity, and civic elements that define the Mid South Club community. The Charter provides a framework to nurture the community’s positive attributes and relationships among Mid South Club POA’s owners and residents. Inherent within this framework is the capacity for adaptability as the community grows and values evolve.

The Mid South Club POA exists to own, operate, and/or maintain various common areas and community improvements including the following:

• Roads and curbing
• Storm water drainage
• Site boundary fence
• Gatehouse
• Gates & Gate Access Systems
• Signage
• Palmer Preserve Pergola
• Dams and Lakes
• Irrigation systems and wells in common areas

To fund the above common areas and community improvements, Mid South Club POA members Pay dues and fees each year to support the organization and fulfill the Mid South Club POA Charter.
